Universities in Japan’s venture landscape
This interactive networking workshop will bring together leaders from Japanese university-affiliated funds and incubators, as well as global CVC delegates, to explore synergies across academic and corporate innovation. Through guided discussions and collaborative exercises, participants will identify common ground, share perspectives on leveraging Japanese university research and intellectual property, and build connections with promising university spinouts.

Similar to the 2024 edition, the GCV Asia: Congress (Wednesday, November 12) will serve as the corporate VC day within the Japan Innovation Week.
We encourage our delegates to explore and take part in our partner events throughout the week. Please note that these are separate from the International Delegation programme, and delegates are responsible for their own registrations and transport arrangements.
